Tribute to Our National Bird on American Eagle Day

The Bald Eagle is a bird of prey found in North America.  It is the national bird and symbol of the United States of America.

America added the Bald Eagle as the main image in its national emblem on June 20, 1782.

The Senate and House of Representatives have resolved to recognize American Eagle Day every 20th of June and it has so far been proclaimed in 41 states.
