Armless American Wins Medal in Unlikely Sport

While it's not getting as much attention as the Olympics, the London 2012 Summer Paralympics is turning out some tremendous athletes.

Despite being born without arms, that hasn't stopped Matt Stutzman from winning a Paralympic medal in an event in which it seem impossible to excel without arms.

The 29-year-old won an archery silver in the individual compound this weekend.  His other competitors, including the athlete who defeated him for gold on the final arrow, are in wheelchairs but have the use of their arms.

He carefully places the arrow with his left foot, aims the bow with his extended right foot, contorts his body so he can pull back the cord with his teeth and releases.

Where there's a will, there's a way.  Congratulations to Matt Stutzman!
