A Waterfall in Which Nobody Knows Where the Water Goes

To this day, the Devil's Kettle water fall in Judge Magney State Park, Minnesota confounds scientists because nobody knows where the water goes (it seems to disappear into a pothole).  Researchers have dropped brightly colored dyes, ping pong balls, and other objects into the Devil's Kettle without result.

Nothing that's been thrown into Devil's Kettle has ever been seen again.  We would suggest not jumping in.
